Starts (or joins) an asynchronous import of buyer accounts and their contacts from the tenant's connected CRM into DealHub. Accepts a list of buyer-account CRM ids; duplicates are ignored. Returns a request_id immediately, the import runs in the background. If an import is already running for the tenant, its request_id is returned instead of starting a new one.
